Is my photo good enough to use?

Make sure the photo is of high quality.
The background should be clean and uncluttered.
For family pictures, we recommend no more than 5 people if you want to have the best paint-by-number result.
High-quality close-ups with proper lighting usually provide the best results.
Avoid photos taken indoors in low lighting or outdoors with the sun behind you.

Please note that it’s important to provide a high-quality photo. While we do check your order, we cannot chase you for a better image. Low-quality photos will not produce the high-quality design shown on our site. All examples on our website were created using high-quality photos.

How many paint colors are included in each kit?

Each kit comes with 18-36 paint pots, depending on the design. We provide sufficient paint to capture all the details and authenticity of the artwork.

How long does it take to finish a Paint by Numbers project?

Certain easy or beginner-level Paint by Numbers kits can be completed in merely a few hours or during a weekend. Not at all! The canvas is designed in a way to guide you to paint in specific areas using specific colors. There’s no need to feel intimidated. You can also select easy, intermediate or advanced paint by numbers kits depending on your preference.

Do I need to stretch the canvas onto a frame?

It varies based on the kind of canvas and your individual taste. The majority of Paint by Numbers kits include either a pre-stretched canvas (already attached to a wooden frame) or a rolled canvas that you may need to flatten and potentially stretch on your own.

When your canvas is pre-stretched, you can begin painting immediately—no additional steps required.

If your canvas isn’t pre-stretched, it’s optional to stretch it over a wooden frame, though it’s strongly advised. Expanding the canvas:

To get the best results from your Paint by Numbers kit, follow these helpful tips:

Select a clean, Well-lit area for work:
Proper lighting is crucial for clearly observing the tiny digits and color segments. Natural sunlight or a bright desk lamp is most effective. Place a newspaper or a plastic sheet to safeguard your surface.
Begin at the top and move downwards:
Painting from the top of the canvas to the bottom helps avoid smudging. If you’re left-handed, think about working from right to left, and the opposite for right-handed people.
Start with the Deepest Shades Initially:
Begin with the darker hues and progressively transition to lighter tones. This assists in forming depth and contrast, preventing your paints from turning muddy when colors mix.
Use one color at a time:

Ordering and Payment

What payment method do you accept and is my credit card detail safe?

We accept all bank debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, bank cheque, money order, direct electronic fund transfer.
We use Paypal as our payment processing system to process your payment to ensure that your card detail is completely safe. We will never store your credit card on file.
In addition, you are also protected by Paypal buyer protection program as an additional measure to ensure that your order arrives safely.

How do I cancel an order?

If you’ve recently placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us at [email protected]. Our support team will assist you with the cancellation process. Please note that a $5 service fee will be deducted from your payment.

Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 40% production and administration fee.

While we will do our best to assist you, please be aware that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

How do I change my order?

If you’ve recently placed an order and would like to make changes, simply reach out to us at [email protected]. Our team will assist you with processing the change.

Please note that once an order has been processed, it can no longer be modified.

For incorrect addresses inquiries, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We can help correct the address before our system updates it automatically, even if something is missing, such as the zip code or apartment number.

What if the product is damaged?

Multiple delivery service providers may handle the parcel, which increases the risk of damage during transit. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product before signing for its receipt.

If you find that the Stromectol product is damaged, be sure to note the damage on the delivery receipt and file a damage claim with the delivery service provider immediately. Additionally, contact us at [email protected] to ensure proper follow-up. This is the only way to hold the delivery service provider accountable for the replacement.

Do you offer refunds?

Since your order is 100% unique and custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if there’s an issue with your final product, please email us, and we’ll do our best to ensure you’re satisfied.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, let us know right away, and we’ll send out a replacement as quickly as possible. While we don’t offer refunds for faulty orders, we are committed to replacing them promptly.

Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

My order status shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

First, please double-check that the address you provided during checkout is correct. You can verify this by reviewing the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails we sent for your order.

If the address is correct, try contacting the post office nearest to your location to confirm whether the package was delivered there by mistake, or if it was missed due to your absence during delivery. If they don’t answer the phone, you can reach out to postal services by email.

Please note that we will need you to contact the post office or send an email first. Before we can assist you, we require confirmation that the issue was caused by a courier error.

What if I haven’t received my order tracking number?

If you don’t receive a tracking number within 4 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number.

I only received part of my order. Is it normal?

Indeed, it is entirely usual for various items in your order to be delivered separately. Items might be sent from various storage facilities or briefly retained by customs, leading to multiple shipments and varying delivery times.
No need to be concerned—all items are expected to arrive within the estimated delivery window given at checkout. If your order appears to be late or an item is missing after the delivery period has elapsed, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
